Coming Out at School and Work
Course Description
Coming out at school and work can be difficult and even daunting. TTI has developed special programs to address these needs in a detailed and concrete manner which has proved to be successful over a prolonged period.
It has helped many transgender people continue happily and productively in their schools and places of employment.
Our Program Consists Of:
- Guiding administration in proper policy and procedure for a healthy school and workplace
- Providing education to administration, management, and faculty.
- Leading and facilitating meetings with the student and family, including appropriate departments and administration at each school and workplace
- Creating a safe and pleasant environment for the trans person
